IBM Mainframe Systems Operator Level III Certificate 3.1

This certificate validates that the learner has obtained a range of advanced system operator skills, most notably associated with z/OS and JES2 troubleshooting. They can use SDSF to analyze system activity, debug and resolve JCL problems, and are confident using common z/OS utilities. This person can also create and run simple CLIST and REXX programs, allowing them to automate system operations tasks. On the more conceptual side, this person can describe how a mainframe network is configured and how communication occurs between components.
