Initial courses are used to familiarize your staff with accessing and configuring SDSF screen data, and are appropriate for anyone that needs to use SDSF. From there, courses branch to show how SDSF is used by different job roles: starting and stopping the SDSF product (operators), monitoring and managing batch jobs (operators, programmers), displaying and controlling job output (any staff creating job output), controlling and managing printers (operators, system programmers), managing the system health checker and JES2 resources (operators, system programmers), obtaining system attributes and statuses (operators, system programmers), and analyzing advanced system activity (systems programmers). This is followed by some tips and tricks associated with SDSF, which may save your staff considerable time with the tasks they need to perform.
