The SDSF – Advanced System Monitoring, Management, and Configuration course introduces several new, and existing SDSF panels that can be used by Systems Programmers to monitor, manage, and configure the z/OS environment. It begins with SDSF panels that can be used to analyze storage and address memory information, and then moves to the use of key system libraries, and how their attributes can be displayed. Various SDSF panels used for system configuration and problem identification are presented, providing scenarios where they might be useful. Finally, both Systems Programmers and Security Administrators will benefit from new SDSF panels that are used to display information related to RACF security profiles and classes, and profile attributes.
